What is the integrated battery for?
Featuring a 320mAh Li-ion battery, your smart device will continue to operate normally along with all accessories during power outages for up to 70 minutes of operation time.
Does Secbox 3 come in 4G?
Unfortunately, not. The Secbox 300 can only be connected to 2.4GHz wifi networks but you'll still be able to control the device remotely from your smart device through the Smartlife and Tuya apps.
What sensors can I connected with Secbox 3?
All wireless accessories are compatible with the smart panel, while also being able to link/save up to 50 accessories.
Can I manage the device directly from my phone?
The panel can be controlled remotely from your smart device through the Tuya & Smart Life app.
Why Isn't there a screen like the rest of the panels?
The Secbox 3 is designed to be an affordable, yet more than capable security device for your home. While direct configuration is limited, all of these settings can still be accessed from the Smartlife & Tuya apps, directly from the screen of your smart device.
