Warranty

Our warranty service and official customer support are available for all products that are newly purchased or certified refurbished from Homseus. Please note that products purchased from other authorised resellers are not covered under this policy, and customers should contact those resellers directly for any after-sales service.

All products are are covered under 12-month warranty unless specified.

Exclusions to Warranty Coverage

The warranty will not be applicable in the following scenarios: (a) Products marked as "sample" or "Not for Sale," sold "AS IS," or sent to you as "prototype"; (b) Products purchased from unauthorized distributors or resellers; (c) Tampering or removal of trade-marks, serial tags, or product stickers; (d) Dismantling, mishandling, improper use, or defacement of products; (e) Firmware upgrades carried out without guidance from authorized technicians; (f) Damage resulting from accident, dismantling, abuse, or service or modification by someone other than the appointed vendor, souse, fission or after the warranty period; (g) Damage caused by improper working environment or operation, such as inappropriate temperature, humidity, physical or electrical stress, electrical power failure or fluctuation, static electricity, or use of the wrong power adapter; (h) Damage caused by violation of the safe battery handling and usage instructions; (i) Damage caused by force majeure, natural disasters, etc.; (j) Products received or to be received in the Play & Say feedback program are not eligible for warranty, refund, or replacement; (k) The warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Liability Limitations

Homseus will not be held responsible for any additional warranties or commitments promised by resellers, agents, distributors, or any third parties. If such commitments were made, it is advisable to request written documents to safeguard your rights and interests.

Furthermore, aside from the aforementioned scenarios where the warranty is forfeited, Homseus shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, exemplary, or special damages, including damages for lost data or profiles, arising from or relating to this limited warranty or the product. Homseus's total liability under this limited warranty or the product shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the product.


Overview

Return & Refund Policy

Product(s): Our utmost priority at Homseus is to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. In the event that a product does not meet your expectations or is defective, we have policies in place to cater to your needs. You can request a refund, exchange or repair based on your specific situation.

Accessories: If any of our accessories fail to meet your expectations, we offer a replacement or full refund at any time. We will bear the freight charges for the new replacement item only. It is still your responsibility for returning the product(s) back to our dedicated address if required after evaluating of your claim.

*Orders that are in the processing phase, on hold or have already been shipped out (with a tracking number or a completed order status) cannot be cancelled. If you must refuse delivery due to unforeseen circumstances after the package has been dispatched from Homseus, you are subject to our return and refund policies. Additionally, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, which will be deducted from your refund.

Change of Mind

In the event that the product you purchased directly from Homseus does not meet your expectations or is not suitable for your particular use case, and it has been confirmed as not defective by certified Homseus RMA technicians, it is categorised as an unwanted product.

Should you choose to do so, you may return the unwanted product (Product for Refund) to Homseus for a full refund or replacement within 30 days from the delivery date, unless otherwise specified in the product listing on our website, receipt or packing slip. You will be responsible for the shipping fees associated with the return. Please note that refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" beyond the 30-day period are not available.

When returning a product as such, you'll need to ensure:

A. It is returned in the same packaging as provided by the manufacturer.

B. All the original accessories, documentation, and standard certification labels are included in the returning box/parcel. This includes, but is not limited to, UL listing, capacity, brand name, and UPC code.

C. Shows no signs of use and is free from any type of damage, including but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement, or damages resulting from power surges.

D. Good shipping protection is used and is packed securely to avoid potential damage while in transit.

To ensure the safe return of your Product for Refund, we recommend using a traceable carrier that provides delivery confirmation. Homseus will not be responsible for any damage or loss incurred during transit.

Upon the arrival of the returning product, it will be thoroughly inspected to determine if it meets the Inspection Criteria. If the Product for Refund fails to meet these criteria (Non-conforming Product for Refund), it may be subject to rejection or a restocking fee of up to 15% at the sole discretion of Homseus. Please note that the inspection process may take up to 5 business days from the time the Product for Refund is received.

In the event that an item is deemed as a Non-conforming Product, you will be billed for the cost and fees associated with shipping the product back to you once again.

Defective Products 

If the product you receive from Homseus is defective, you may return it back for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery date. All shipping fees will be covered by Homseus.

After the 30-day period you can still return it back but within the 1-year warranty. A full refund may not be available, however you'll still have the option of getting a replacement or repair. In this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees, while Homseus will cover the freight of new replacements or repaired units.

* Homseus does not offer a full refund for defective Refurbished Products. However, during the 1-year warranty period, customers may exchange a refurbished product for another refurbished product, but not a new device.

Missing Parts

In the event that you receive an order from Homseus with missing parts, rest assured that we will send the necessary components again at no additional cost to you. Customers need to inform Homseus of missing parts or wrongly added items within 15 days of delivery date.

Exchange Policy

Homseus is unable to exchange any returned product with a different type unless the returned product meets the following criteria:

A. The returned product is sent back to us for repair or replacement within the warranty period of 1 year.

B. Our certified RMA technicians have determined that the returned product is defective and non-repairable.

C. The same model of the returned product is out of stock or is discontinued.

*Product value of replacement upgrade, must not exceed original price of returned product, otherwise additional fees may be applied.

Ownership, Terms and Risk

All orders, except for pre-orders, will be dispatched within two business days. For pre-orders, please check the estimated shipping date provided on their page.

Please ensure that the address details you provide are correct, as we are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. Your order will be dispatched only to the address given at checkout. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the address provided. If an incorrect address or fraudulent transaction results in a loss, you will be solely responsible for the pecuniary loss.

Do not provide a PO Box address, if express delivery is sought and applicable for the item you wish to purchase.

Please note that orders that have been shipped out, and you have received the tracking number or the order status is completed, cannot be cancelled. In case you need to refuse delivery after the package has been dispatched due to force majeure, you shall be subject to the return and refund policies and must pay for the original shipping charges, which will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that any applicable taxes or VAT duty will be added to your order at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that all taxes and duties are paid in accordance with the laws of your country. If you refuse to pay the taxes or duties and the package is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge you for any costs incurred as a result of the refusal, including the cost of return shipping. We will not issue any refunds for orders that are refused due to taxes or duties not being paid. If you have any questions or concerns regarding taxes or duties, please contact your local customs office for more information.

When your package is delivered, you must sign for it. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you will receive an email notification. You can contact the delivery company to arrange for another delivery. If you do not contact the responsible courier within five days of the delivery attempt, the goods may be returned to us, and we may incur a return charge, which may be twice the delivery cost. In such a case, we reserve the right to ask you to pay the returning charge plus an additional cost for redelivery before we can re-dispatch the item to you.

You are responsible for checking that the order is complete and undamaged when the goods are delivered. Please carefully inspect the goods for any visible damage and the contents before you accept the delivery. If there is any damage to the goods at the point of delivery, you have the right to refuse the goods and let the delivery person know the reason(s) for refusal. Alternatively, you may sign for the goods as 'UNCHECKED' at the time of delivery, but in doing so, you accept that the order is completed.

If the product(s) you have ordered are not available at the time of placing your order, we will contact you by email or telephone within the same or next working day. We will inform you of the estimated delivery time, and if this is not satisfactory, you have the right to cancel your order without any obligations, and a full refund will be issued.

After a successful transaction, we will notify you when your order has been dispatched and provide you with a tracking number. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of completing your purchase, and a tracking number the following business day, please check your email's 'Junk/Spam' folder first and then contact us.
